Participating in Garage Sale Trail was an absolute blast.
We met amazing people, ran impromptu paint demos,
and chatted with dear friends and clients who came to support us.
We were left a little overwhelmed by everyone's kindness and support.
It started off amazingly when the people at Garage Sale Trail
included us on their website as a case study.
This was followed by a lovely article in Weekend Notes &
coverage in the local paper as well.
bring their items along and did most of the setup the day before.
It was a great deal of preparation, but we were raring to go on the
morning and fortunately, Adelaide's unpredictable weather
behaved beautifully...
We even made bunting from what we didn't use
in the Garage Sale Trail "Welcome Pack."
And look at that blue sky!
inside the For The Love Creations Studio and Shop...
Artist-in-Residence Jill, was hard at work on
her next For The Love masterpiece! How does she do it?!
We started with a very ordinary door that was given one quick coat
with Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint in Boxwood (this is what I do with my "leftovers").
And here's how it went...
And of course for visiting us here online as well.
Here's our Daisy Door, side-by-side with her new friend.
