A vintage suitcase with the Ansett hangtag still attached
I thought at first the inside was board,
but it's actually some sort of loose-weave fabric
over the cardboard of the suitcase.
I wasn't sure how it would turn out...but it worked great!
I could've left it at one coat,
but I added a quick second coat for total coverage.

No sealing necessary when creating a chalkboard sign.
Once it is thoroughly dried (I left it overnight),
prime the surface with chalk to give it an
authentically aged chalkboard look.
To prime, rub with chalk, wipe off with clean cloth
and repeat the process a second time.
